Open Gym is held every Friday from 5:30-7:00PM.  Come hang out in a safe, fun filled environment while you work on your tumble, jump and cheer skills.  Experienced staff are on hand to provide help and encouragement.  Cost is $5 for members of the gym and $10 for non-members.  Non-members must fill out a Open Gym Release Form.  That form is found in our FORMS section.
